I recently retired after 39 years of service in the candy industry between M&M Mars and The Hershey Company. As you can imagine I have seen a lot of changes over the years, but good customer service, ethics, and mutual understandings are still the groundwork of managing successful projects. I truly believe that the building of the Tradeport facility was the greatest "swan song" I could have ever imagined. There are few people who get to build a magnificent facility such as what we have. Thanks to you and your team for guiding us thru and supporting our efforts in the development of the facility. It has been a pleasure to work with you.
